Default 2001 4V swap in 2000 GT

Hello. New to this game. I have some issues with my stang. I recently swap my tired 4.6 2V with a 2001 4.6 4v Cobra motor. I also went from a automatic to a 5 speed out of Cobra. I swapped everything you could think of, but I'm still having problems. Runs great, but when engine is warmed up it starts to smoke. More of a burning rich smell rather than oil or anit freeze smell. Is there something I missed while doing the swap? I also have a MAC prochamber exhaust. Can't figure it out. Help me please. Thanks.

Maybe you just need a tune.

Did you find a complete motor and just swap it in? I would love to find a local complete 99/01 Cobra motor. If you don't mind saying how much did you pick up the Cobra motor for?

Off road pipes and no tune to cancel out the rear cats will usually make a burning rich smell. Especially after warmed up and stationary, like when you come to a stop light or a drive through. Get it tuned! It's also common for them to smoke lightly.

You ever come to Lincoln? I would like to see your car after the setup if you wouldn't mind.

Oh and there is going to be a Mustang cruise here in Lincoln in not too long, you should join.
