Don't do a lot of highway driving. The constant never-changing revs isn't good for breaking in the new rings and bearings. It's not going to let the clutch break in either. Do a lot of stop and go city driving if you can, that's the best way to do it.

I'm doing it on Sunday. I believe today is Saturday. If it's not then that sucks cause I have to work tomorrow night. I predict that it will be an easy swap, seeing as I have done it before, and now know what to do.

Well it's finally gonna happen. Sunday some guys from work and I are going to install my new engine on Sunday.
It's bout time too, tired of driving this smoky piece of shat around. I've got pretty all new everything going in as well: BBK shorties, Aluminum Flywheel, Spec 1 Clutch, new NGK TR55 plugs (thanks Jdan 
), 180 t-stat, and SLP LM2's. Anyways I was writing to see if you guys had any recommendations on how to break in a new engine, clutch and flywheel. Any info is and will be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day!
