hey guys i just installed my new TB and plenum the other day. Today i washed her up and took her for a few mile spin cam back and parked it in the drive way. I came out about half hour later to move her. She usually starts up first crank but this time it took 3 trys. After she started up she reaked of gas. Is this because my computer didnt adjust to the new TB yet? i have maybe put 5 miles on it since installing it. thanks guys

hmm the not cranking up thing seems weird. when i put in my TB i never had any issue like that. did you restart the computer? (unplug for 5-10 mins). as for running rich i did notice that but nothing too crazy. then again your TB is bigger than mine

Unhook the negative cable from your battery for 10 minutes, reconnect, and try again. It will take a couple of drive cycles for the pcm to remap fuel trims and otherwise get used to the new part.

Mine took a day or two for things to adjust, and then everything was fine.

When you doing those cams OP?

Alright ill just give it more time. I did have the battery disconnected the entire time I did the install. As far as the cams go I was suppossed to ha e them last week but nick said theirso backed up. He got about a dozen orders the same time I put in for mine. So im expecting them by the end of next week. And prob in by that weekend. I have a problem leaving mode just sit in the garage without installig them.
