I'd agree with cliff on this one...if they don't have an answer for you soon, make a trip to the stealorship.

I was going to say something yesterday as well. **** customer service. If you're that backed up you either turn the customer down or warn them ahead. Id be fired if my customer service was that apathetic. Be prepared to take it in the rear end to get it fixed at Ford, but at least it will be fixed. Of course with weird issues like this theres ALWAYS a chance Ford will have it for 2 weeks do multiple part replacements and then tell ya oh well we cant figure it out, heres your bill, now get out.

ok so they have to send it to maroone ford to get it flashed back to stock tune then they will be able to get in there with my diablo handheld and re-tune it up hopefully that will solve the problem. should know by the middle or end of the week.

So they're telling you its a tune problem? Tune problems dont just appear. What kind of tune do you have on there and did the problem occur when you started using that tune? If not it probly aint the tune. Sounds like this is gonna get expensive with no fix. I woulda just brought it on down to Maroone Ford myself and let them handle it. We'll see.

Why couldn't they use your tuner to re-flash the stock tune?

Something is missing or quite odd here...

Did you use ever that tuner to download the tune from your car?

Ok they replaced the throttle positioning sensor retuned it and recommend I get either a better fuel pump or kenne bell booster pump or else it doesn't get enough fuel over 5 grand I don't get that cause it ran fine before all this happened.

Has anyone yet monitored the fuel pressure and AFR when the bogging occurs? What did the numbers looks like?

This would in an instant let you know what was going on with regard to fueling.

Pull the vacuum line off of the fuel rail pressure sensor and see if it smells like raw gasoline--that;s a sign of the FRPS's diaphragm being ruptured.
