The only thing I can think of doing is figuring out how to put of copy of my stock tune on my computer, getting ahold of BAMA and sending it to them to see if something is wrong with it. Other than that, I'm clueless. And as Hangwire posted, I have an enhanced unit cause my SN starts with XP.
Having Bama check the stock tune is the best bet, playing with "stock" tunes from other sources is a bit like Russian Roulette.

Even if you can find one encrypted for use with the SCT, and that is the same strategy and box code as your, you should check with SCT or Bama before trying to flash it.

Depending on the method they use to marry the tuner to your PCM, you could end up "bricking" the tuner and your PCM...

Okay I don't see any info on this item. Is the MAF the STOCK size or is it a bigger diameter (higher CFM). I could see the car leaning out if you have an oversized MAF to the point where the car can't correct for the higher volume of air with the Stock tune (Leans out).

Everything under the hood is still stock besides the CAI. That's the only thing I have changed so far. And what's weird is that I have switched back and forth from the stock tune to one of the custom tunes a couple times without any problems until about two weeks ago. I download the stock tune and now she don't want to run on it.

Hey I was wondering if anyone figured out what was wrong. Because I just started having the same problem and I wanted to know what my options were. Thanks in advance
