A/C making a whistling noise and not blowing out much air?
 

When i turn on the AC it makes a whistling noise, sounds like it clogged, but i dont see anything clogging it up. It even feels like its not blowing out the air at full power, it does come out through. I did a search but most of threads say they hear whistling noise from the engine, not mine, its coming from the AC vents. Anybody have this problem ever? Thanks.
