Well there really isnt any aftermarket heads, at least not to my knowledge. All the companies that sell P&P heads they are just PI heads.

Well, that makes my decision easy then. I haven't even started looking yet I just wanted to see a consensus first. I guess I will go with port and polishing my heads.

VT engines, Patriot performance, and Sean Hyland all make some. From what I've heard VT is the best.

VT makes awesome quality and performance parts, I would either go with them or fox lake, fox lake is proven to make awesome performance parts also.

All the after market folks appear to use PI heads rather than their own castings. P&P those babies and cam 'em sinces they're out anyway. VT and Comp make different models based on NA or FI, and various levels of both. You can get the Comp Cams 262 bumpsticks to keep it mild with a near stock idle, but get nice gains. Or, you can go with the 270s for a loping idle and more gains, but you must have a tune to run those.

Good luck

I will have to say that I think Fox Lake is the way to go. The have the fastest built N/A 2V & the fastest built P/A 2V! I don't think that's coincidence. VT make a are good too, but the two are closer in how they design their P.I. heads than some know. I am ordered their Stage 2 P.I. heads & P-51 intake w/in 2mths. I can't wait!

I am a big fan of fox lake also, KenB cars is freaking amazing, who would have though a 2v N/A in the 10's? Just make sure you have an aftermarket hood if u get the P-51 I've seen numerous posts of people saying that fox lake claims it fits under the factory hood then it doesnt and it ends up warping there hood.
