Front End Body Work

Front End Body Work
Hey guys, first post here, so I guess some background would be appropriate. I recently acquired a 2002 Mustang GT Convertible that was in need of a decent amount of work, body and engine. Well now that I've got the engine running well, I'm setting out to work on the body. I've done some research to find parts I'll need, but I'm looking for some help on some of the connecting hardware as well as where to acquire the parts from.
The entire front bumper was apparently ripped off of the car (Literally ripped off) and it looks like I'll need to replace the Bumper Cover, Bumper Energy Absorber, Grille, Header Panel, and the Inner Fender on the passenger side (Will probably replace both sides).
What parts do I need to attach the front bumper cover? I know I'll need to find a metal bracket for the passenger side, rivets and bolts (Not sure what size) for that to attach with. Reading through a repair manual it looks like i'll need some kind of plastic connectors as well. If anyone has an experience with this and knows what parts to buy any help would be appreciated.
Pictures below
On an unrelated note, does anyone know what this part is called (The black grill vent thing with the crack in it)
Thanks in advance guys, any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is a start on the hardware. The same site will have all the other stuff you need. There is no "Bumper Energy Absorber" on these cars and the metal bumper looks fine in those pics
