Default Problem after new IAC installed

I installed a new IAC yesterday and ever since then on start up i get this deep annoying hum from my JLT RAI. Today when i was leaving a parking lot it had that same hum and as i put the car into drive the car tried to stall out. Now the sound does eventually go away as you keep driving but as long as its making that noise it will try to stall out.

NEED HELP ASAP as this it my daily driver.

Sounds like the IAC "flutter" that comes with bad parts. Is it a new ford unit? Return it and get another one

Bring it back and tell them it honks...

I got an Echlin replacement from NAPA over a year ago and have had no issues--NAPA's electrical components are a cut above the rest...

Yes, but typically when they have a lot of miles on them, the vanes on the plunger valve wear and let the valve chatter in it's bore--the IAC and intake plumbing behave as a wind instrument and amplify the noise.

I sectioned my OEM unit to see what it looked like inside:
