I have noticed very small rust speckles on my rear bumper and decklid, as well as rusty water that is in the left license plate bulb lens. I have no idea where it is coming from i looked all around for rust and theres nothing. Cant be the bumper or decklid rusting, the bumper is plastic its impossible to rust, its driving my crazy

Maybe its just contaminates on the paint.

yeah but there is actual rusty water in the lens, and im pretty sure this is whats casuing it on my paint

I would check out your spoiler. The seals on your spoiler can go out and then the bolts will rust.
