Default are these rear brake pads

Last time I ordered Pads I got a mix up order and they sent me a box of the SAME pads. So I either have 2 sets for the front or 2 sets for the back. I just dont know and the box does not say. Can you tell by looking? I think they are rear because i dont remember the fronts having that spring hinge think at the top.

Those are rear pads. Front pads are longer and don't have the metal clip/spring attached

The Wearever gold kit has the rear set listed as having TWO pads with top springs.... I might have a full set in this case..

ok so i have 4 pads like the one on the top and 4 pads like the one of the bottom (in my pic) I am pretty sure this is a full set then. excellent, cause this is a 74$ set.

Pads are easy to change also. Take tire off, take both caliper bolts off, push piston back in, put new pads in the place, put bolts back in and put tire back on. Easy enough?

For the rear calipers the pistons don't push back in, they need to be screwed back in which either required a special tool or you can do it with a pair of needle nose pliers. Make sure the notches are verticle (12 oclock and 6 oclock) when its finished.
