Car dies when put in park!
I have a 98GT that I just bought and it runs like a dream with low milage. I have one small problem though. It seems to idle fine, but whenever I put it into park it idles real low and dies 9 out of 10 times. Sometimes it will idle low then pick back up.
I noticed the ground terminal on the battery is corroded badly, could this be the problem?
Also it has a K&N Cold Air Intake and the vaccuum line coming from the air intake to the PCV valve has been replaced with a bigger line and in place of the PCV valve is actually just a PCV elbow without the valve just resting in the valve cover. The grommet that holds the original valve is gone, I am in the process of getting one. Could this cause the problem I am having?
Thank you.

Could possibly be an IAC issue, should also check for vacuum leaks. Google works wonders, I looked up your problem and that's a common cause.
Also, you should probably replace that ground cable. Even if it isn't causing the issue, it will cause other problems later on when it gets worse, if it isn't already causing problems now.
