If I switch my heads out now, are they the same heads that would fit onto the 5.4 liter? I might want to try and swap engines later and I am trying to figure out what things I can do now that won't be pointless or a waste of money.

If you plan on doing a 5.4 swap dont waste your money on anything right now because most of the parts wont work with a 5.4 engine.

one guy on hear did it do a search. i think the tranny would work. i think the heads would work too but that is just a guess. I think the ford 5.4 is just taller not longer (as in u will need a 3" cowl to clear the intake manifold)

I have a 96 and i'm not sure if I'd do the PI swap. Just yet anyway.

Sure you get more HP, but you'll also have to buy 93 gas...

I just put in a K&N filter, an off-road x-pipe, dynomax mufflers, and some MILs.

Its a good start.

I think next i'm going to go for new coil packs. One of my stock ones is cracked and i just know thats going to come back to bite me one day.
