I do not know the typical values for idle and WOT, not in the shop manual, however the controlled range is 10% to 100%--actually, at the pump it is the voltage that is controlled by the fuel pump driver module (FPDM), not the duty cycle.

The PCM sends a PWM "command" signal to the driver module of 1/2 the desired pump output, 5% to 50% duty cycle for the normal pump control range.

Other PCM to driver module duty cycle values are:
  • 0% to 4.99% = invalid command, pump will be off, error logged;
  • 51% to 67.5% = invalid command, pump will be off, error logged;
  • 67.51% to 82.5% = valid pump off command;
  • 82.51% to 100% = invalid command, pump will be off, error logged;
