Default choosing the right cam

Hey I got a 2003 mustang gt 2v 4.6l bone stock, and I want to put a mild to big cam in it. I need help choosing the right cam, and what I would need for those cams. Thanks.

I could probably write a couple pages on this lol, but long story short call Nick at Modular Head Shop and he'll set you up. I have his stage 2's and i am very happy with them.
