Tune Causing a Poor TPS?

Tune Causing a Poor TPS?
So I loaded one of those Bama tunes onto my car the other day. While I was driving in the Race tune, my car throws the codes P1120 and P0122 for the TPS. And while in park my car revs and sits at 2500 RPM and the auto shifts a little funny, but otherwise it drove fine.
I figured maybe it's the tune because I have never had a TPS problem and to top it off I replaced it a few months ago. When I returned the car to stock, nothing was wrong. The car has no CEL thrown, no high idle and it drives perfectly fine.
Could a tune really throw a TPS sensor off or was it just some random gremlin that got into my car? I'm just looking for someone to educate me a little on these things. I know nothing but the basics of how a tune works (by basics I mean like it reconfigures some settings, but I don't know what).
I may call Bama or AM later just to see what they think too, but any feedback will be appreciated.

Did you do anything else at the same time as the tune? The tune can't affect the TPS, or throw those codes. Something sounds off. I'm not quite sure what you mean about the whole 2500 RPM reving thing in park? Give our Bama tuning specialists a call at the Bama direct number/hours listed in my signature. They'll try and help you diagnose this thing and make sure that the tune looks good and make any necessary changes for the shifting that you're talking about. Could maybe be a firmware thing, too. Bama may have you update your programmer to the latest firmware.

I actually did call Bama up. I believe I have the latest firmware since I just updated it last week. Nothing actually changed so it was a little weird and they felt the same thing. They recent the tune to me since they felt maybe it just got corrupted on the file transfer. It was seriously a freak thing.
In regards to the 2500 RPM, I would turn the car in or throw the car in park and the the throttle would just stick at 2500 RPM.
At anyrate, I haven't emptied my tank so I'll try premium in about a week with the new tune they sent and I'll give them a call if the same problem occurs.
I'm thinking there's a gremlin in my car.
