orh pipes in cali
hey guys
I just tried to order a bbk h pipe for my car and was rejected because I live in california. Supposedly some law just passed that nothing is even allowed to be sold to california anymore other than a catted magnaflow.
Is there anywhere I can get one shipped here or do I have to have one made?

You need to tell them that it's for off road use. It's up to the parts dealer NOT the state. They can sell it to you if they want. I deal with this all the time for my Harley. The Libs are bringing this state down.

Agreed, those tree huggers can suck my nuts. Cars don't produce nearly as much green house gases as industry and commercial buildings.

I know theres no legal aftermarket mid pipe. But i've never dealt with having a company refuse sale. I ordered a set of long tubes and a shorty x for another car a few months ago with no problems but that was from summit so I guess I'm gonna have to order from them again.
Refusing sale to a whole State is bull$hit. But theres probably been a lot of stupid people trying to get out of trouble by saying it was sold to them so they thought it was street legal.
