Default Art Carr Torque Converter?

Hey i was looking around on craigslist and someone posted an Art Carr 3000 stall torque converter for $350.

Ive been wanting a torque converter but the prices held me back seems like a good deal i heard this isnt a cheap company. The guy said a customer took it out because it was "to aggressive for him" and went lower

im making 370/325 and at 3000 im
according to my dyno these are my tq number
2k = 225 rwp
2.5k = 240
3k = 260
3.5k = 295
once my torque curve hits 4 k it plateaus maxing out at 5k - 5.5k and slowly starts falling again. Should i go for a higher stall or will this be a noticeable difference?
thanks
