Default PI Swap Parts?

I've read many posts on what is needed for a PI swap on a 96-98 GT, but I've yet to narrow down what exactly it is I need. Figured I would post what I know I need and then see if there's anything missing.
Here's the list:
I have a 96 GT--the whole engine is stock besides a CAI and I drive the car daily.
For the PI swap here is what I have so far that I have deemed necessary:
PI Intake Manifold
PI heads w/ cams
Head changing kit from Late Model Restoration
I am planning on doing a Romeo to Romeo swap. I have also heard posts about new O rings?
It would be great to hear from anyone who has done the swap and knows what else I need.
During the swap I'm also going to throw on a 75mm TB/Plenum, long tubes and a shorty mid pipe.
If there are any other things I need to do this swap please let me know..I feel like I am missing some things and do not want to start the swap without knowing that I have everything.
Thanks

Default PI swap

Just signed up, but I've been looking for someone who had parts listed too who has done the swap.

This thread looked recent and I know it's probably been talked about a lot, but I get the feeling I won't get a quick reply w/o chatting in a newer thread.

My question is, these are the direct replacements for the 99-04 2V stang GT's.
Will this kit contain everything I need head wise other than gaskets, head changing kit, and studs and bolts? I know it's not the fancy trick flows or anything, but it's all I can afford right now and just want to get the swap done and 99-04 intake installed.

The first 2 are the heads, and last is the intake. The intake though doesn't look like it has the spot to drill the hole for the second sensor you are talking about. is that because it has a spot already machined for it?

Ok. So if anyone is doing this swap I have Windsor Pi heads with cams, plastic lower intake(no leaks),upper intake with choice of either a bbk cai or stocker with new k&n filter, fuel rail, stock injectors,COPS X6. I have everything needed to do swap other than timing cover, gaskets, new head bolts, and Windsor valve covers. One stop shop here. I am in Canada so shipping will be about 200 bucks. These parts are still on car. I am waiting til my ported and polished heads get here then I will be removing everything. I also have timing chains and guides if needed. Reasonable offer will take them. I expect my heads this week so this weekend I will be pulling these parts. Pm me if interested
