noises while driving

I have a 1998 GT convertible. It sound like a family of birds are living under my car. from about 10mph and up not specific to any gear. I have tried pushing in the clutch to see if the noise goes away but it hasn't. any clue on what this might be.

Is it a squeak all the time while driving or when you hit bumps?

And does the squeak happen more frequently if you drive faster or is it always the same spot?

Need to know more.... Like location( front, back, driver side, etc). I'm guessing "family of birds" means squeak? Also a video would help.

It is a constant squeal. The clutch pedal shakes a little bit every now and then as well. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago. It didnt have this problem then. I let my mom drive it 1 week after I bought it and she burned the clutch really bad trying to get up her drive way. It stunk for 2 days. The clutch seems to operate just fine.
