Default Slight shake/dip in RPM when turn AC on?

Hey guys...I have been having an issue that when i turn the AC on the idle gets shaky...the RPMs jump up and down by 1-200 RPMs. Car drives different when the AC is on. Almost sounds like it wants to cut off...any ideas?

AC will sap some of your power due to the compressor turing over off your belt.

how cols is the A/C? If you are low on 134a it will make the compressor work extra hard and pull really hard on the engine. It may be worth having the A/C checked out.

The evaporator? If so unlikely.
You're probably just cycling fast. Most of the time too the leak is from the front shaft seal on the compressor.

My idle will go up a little when the AC is on. When the compressor kicks in at least. Car drives a little different meaning you can feel the drag caused by the compressor. But, it certainly does not run rough.

Idle speed problems are almost always Idle Air Control (IAC) valve related--unplug the IAC electrical connector with the engine hot and idling--AC/lights off--the idle speed should drop a lot and perhaps even stall. If it does not the IAC is bad, replace it...
