Default Subframe Connectors

Hey, just wondering if it is worthwile to install SFC's on my '04 GT? I am going to lower with eibach pro-kit but wasn't planning anything else (except for maybe a strut-tower brace) for the suspenion. I'm just remembering how great they helped my '89 IROC-Z, but that car had 200,000+ miles on it too. So are they worth going through all the trouble of taking it to a shop to weld them in on a 10,000 mile car that isn't being raced? If they would help out with any kind of body stress in the long run, I would do it. Thanks.

they will totaly help stiffen your chassis in the long run when your pony is going to really be mean. I plan on getting some upper and lowers c/a's and subframes real soon.

OK, I think they can wait then, I do see the advantage though.

I have them on my 04, with the eibachs. It helped alittle, but it was worth it to me just to have a spot to jack to car up with to rotate the tires.
