Ok This question is for my buddy that has a factory H pipe he had the two main cats removed and kept the precats. He also has the magnapack catback. He wants to stay legal(keeping cats) , but was wondering if he were to cut the precats off and install high flow cats,(magnaflow bullet spun) would it be a little louder and flow better than with just the precats on there? The high flow cats are like 11" long and look very small.
