Default clutch chatter on a new clutch normal?

i've never felt a *brand* new clutch before. on the spec stage 1 that i just installed friday, when i'm letting the clutch out, while it's grabbing, the car is what i would imagine is called clutch chatter. it's not a smooth disengage, but it only happens when i'm going into first. shifts from 2nd to fifth seem normal. is this a symptom of something wrong, or is this normal for the clutch break in?

the flywheel was brand new also. a guy on the corral said that his spec stage 1 did the same thing for 500 miles, then it acted normal. i guess it's just in the break in period.

I actually just got a new clutch, and flywheel resurfaced too,

i am noticeing some shudder also during enguagement, mainly in 1st..

hopefully it does go away. I would call it a shudder not chatter in my case. If i start from a stop in 2nd you can really feel it.

Spec is known for chatter in their clutches. i have a spec stage 2 and it chattered like a **** with a new flywheel. give it time to break in and it will slowly go away.

it's already started getting better, even with only 50 miles on it.
