Default fuel pump ??'s

how much can a 255lph handle (forced induction)?

im already admitting that the 300rwhp im gonna have after the car's running again isnt going to be enough, so im going to start to piece together a 5.0/5.1 blower motor off of a Teksid block and 4V heads out of a MkVIII

looking to go with a Vortech (V3 probably), IC, meth if needed and some 60#'s aiming for whatever happens on 17-18lbs of boost

just wondering if i can use an in-tank or if i should just go with something like an A1000

FWIW, im COMPLETELY ignorant when it comes to blowers so feel free to give me any advice/directions guys!!!

Im thinking if your are buying this blower new they would add a fuel pump if your cars fuel pump couldn't handle it so maybe you are okay with the 255.

and im going WAYYYY beyond what Vortech sends their kits out at...

*update*
did a little bit of research, going with an On3 turbo kit, $2500 for everything INCLUDING the QA1 tubular K member kit, cant beat that!!!

a lot of the 5.0 guys run them in their fox's and havent heard any problems from them

k, ill look into piecing this thing together soon, still weighing the options of either the turbo or something like an intercooled V3

main reason is i already have 4.10's and those + turbo + 5spd = not too fun of a car

vortech + 4.10's = sex

Vortech has a good explanation of the different trim levels they offer on their website. They also have a nice chart that shows the rpms and boost levels each one can handle. I think you'll find most answer there.
