Mach 1 qurter mile time
 

what is the quarter mile time for a STOCK mach 1
one of my friends says its 13.4, but mach ones are similar to 96-98 cobra except alittle more power and the mach 1s have 3.55 and the cobras i think at most would have 3.27 and ive heard they only run like 14.0 maybe 13.9 ,
and one of my friends has a mach one with full exhaust , tuner , ud pulleys , intake and a few other things and hes only pulled a 13.4

Its more than just the car - driver, course, altitude, weather, etc. I always thought it was low to mid 13's.

i know what ur saying but is a stock best time like the 99-04 gt is 14.1

The mach 1 1/4 mile time stock is 13.2. I read an article on a magazine, don't remember wich one right now. But it basically said it was the fastest N/A mustang ever build other than the 2000cobraR.

an average of 13.4-13.5 sounds good. iv heard of professional drivers on perfect day can pull low 13's.

The best drivers have pulled off 13.1s at around 107 facotry stock, some claim 12s but i dunno about that.

107mph with a 2.0 60 foot is good enough for a 12.9*

With your typical driver, expect mid/high 13's. As far as what the car is capable enough with a very good driver and ideal conditions, low 13's high 12's.

My buddy has a Diablo tune, Bassani catback, and 4.30 gears and he has gone 12.7 on BFG drag radials launching at like five grand.

well what would a 1999 or 2001 cobra run stock? their rated at 320 hp, right?

Not much slower then a mach1, the mach has better suspension set up and better torque.
