Default Mustang Engine Swap Questions

I currently have a 2000 Ford Mustang GT which had a 4.6L SOHC Windsor engine in it. I bought a 2001 Ford Mustang GT Romeo Engine and now im starting to notice some differences lol. Ive had to return valve covers my clutch and my other gaskets because I purchased them for a 2000 not know that Ford put a Romeo in the 2001 Mustang GT. Today I returned my 10 1/2inch clutch for a 11inch one hopefully this one will fit. I also am having a hard time finding 11 bolt pattern valve covers that are some what cheap since the bolt patter on my Windsor engines valve covers were different. Is there anything else that is going to be different through the rest of my swap like main things i should look out for I put my windsor engine intake on the romeo engine and that all fit fine. So i just need to know what else to exspect to be different and maybe any hints on websites for the 11 bolt patter valve covers for my Romeo engine.

Dang. I know I helped my bud with a very similar swap. I don't know all the differences but I'm sure he did. Actually, I think he did a write up on the whole thing. I'll see if I can find it.
