Default Rebuild or new engine?

So ive come to grip that im going to need to rebuild sometime in the near future.. But i am curious what are the advantages of a rebuild vs. dropping in a new 4.6(or one with lower miles). Thanks guys

with a rebuild, its a brand new motor with 0 miles on it, so its pretty much a new car. also, witha rebuild you have the opportunity to forge/stroke it if thats what you want and you'll have a platform for amazing power. obviously, a used 4.6L is the same thing you have that wont really allow for big power.
