Looking to add gears in a little and i was just wondering... 4:10 or 3:73 and i know they run about 200 but what am i looking at for an install??

what are you looking to do with the car? alot of highway driving? will you add a type of forced induction to it? does mileage matter much to you? install will run between 150-400 depending on the shop. mine was 150.

I paid 220 for the install.

My milage actually went up (commute to work is 40mph and 5th is a dog with stock gearing) Even my mileage didn't drop on the highway.

Right now I am getting 21mpg.

Lets put it this way. I got 4.10s I am NA with just a few boltons left and I wish they were 4.30s[:@]

I have 3.73s, and it was $250 for the install. I already had the gears and bearing kit.

mine were $500 for the gears, install & speedcal.

go with 4.10 no matter what. you'll be wishing you did if you went with 3.73. trust me.

$250 - $350 is the average install cost, & I'd recomend 4.10's....
