Default Is this normal transmission noise?

I just installed an MGW shifter on my 2004 GT w/ the TR-3650 transmission. After I installed it, a lot more noise came through into the car, as discussed in this thread:
https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6l...rong-help.html

I learned from the other thread that it is normal to have more transmission noise come into the car, and I'm fine with that, but I expected fairly smooth whirring of gears. I just wanted to make sure that this other noise is also normal.

After the car warms up there is an alarming sound, which is hard to describe. I don't hear it when I first start driving and the car is still cold, just the sound of the gears meshing. I took some videos of what I'm hearing.

The first video is driving up a parking deck in 1st gear at low speeds. The others are just driving around at normal speed. Does this sound like normal transmission operation?

Without directional cues it's hard to tell what the noise is; though it sounds like a creak/rattle to me, not something related to the transmission's operation.

as far as I can tell, it's coming from down below and in front of the shifter. do you think it's something that I should be worried about?

I would pull the shifter bezel and all the boots, then go for a ride and see what you can hear/find...
