Hey all I took a picture of, I think either the TPS or IAC not sure which it is. Its the object I am holding. What is it?

Thanks for the quick response. Now for another question; When that is plugged in and my car is in neutral it revs at about 2.1k and surges higher a bit. Which, as you can assume, is annoying. So I unplugged it and the car neutrals at a normal 1k or so, but surges a tiny bit. Any ideas why this happens?

That's not the IAC plug, notice how his TPS is unplugged in the picture?

That's the plug for your TPS (throttle position sensor) which if the motor is revving like crazy with it plugged then you probably need a new one. They are like $30 from advance auto or autozone.
