Default To the guys who installed nitrous kits

On my 2003 GT, Where do I hook into fuel?

and

I can't seem to find any holes in the firewall to run my wiring. I do want a clean install, as I have lots of wires to pass through (Window Switch in Glovebox too). Would you drill a hole under the passenger foot panel to make it tidy? Or any other options?

Thanks

tho i dont have a zex kit, to pass anything through i would drill a hole, file it to a soft edge, and install a grommet to prevent any chaffing...

from the video i just watched on american muscle, you can tap into the fuel line (guessing you'd need an adapter) or you can use the schrader valve on the fuel rail.

I just installed it in my 96 gt, you can tap into the fuel rail schrader valve, the kit should come with an adapter, and on my 96 there was a rubber plug that i was able to go right through that leads in behind my pedals, no drilling required

Thanks guys for the suggestions , I'll look under the dash more tonight for a way through, just wish there was one on the passenger side! Ugh!

As far as the schrader valve goes, I'm not sure the 99-04 4.6's have it. Or I'm a complete dummy and cant find it....

i have an 03, mines on the pass side fuel rail.

edit: just to point out, it's got a black screw on cap like a tire valve stem... should be near where the idle valve hose cross over the fuel rail, toward the front of the vehicle... assuming that its on the pass side. i've seen some cars that its on the driver side? think that might be older cars?

I honestly don't think my fuel rails have one. I just looked again. Thanks for the help though dude, do you have the polished aluminum ones that say ford on them? This is kinda weird..

hey, can you grab a picture of both sides rails? do you have aftermarket fuel rails maybe? i would think there's gotta be some kind of schrader valve that you can tap into, or else how are you supposed to relieve the pressure incase you want to swap injectors or what have you?

here what my rails look like:

the schrader valve is on the bottom left part of the picture at the very tip of the rail, which would be the passenger side. its possible that it could be on the other rail. im seeing alot of discrepancies between location. i wonder if its just based on where the part was manufactured?

the car hasnt had a motor swap has it?
