i need a stock h-pipe with front cats in order for my 96 GT to pass smog. the shop said a brand new one would be pretty expensive, but that they can't sell me a used one, and neither can any business in CA, due to the cats. so i have been searching out of state via the internet to find the stock h-pipe with front cats. on CL the out of state people i contact don't even respond when i say im in CA. anybody have any suggestions or know any places out of state where i can get this?

aslo what are the compatible h-pipes with front cats i can get? will a h-pipe for 96-98 cobra work? i know they at least have to be a 4.6L, but i don't know if the newer 4.6's from the 2000's will work, or if it's a 4.6L if something like the cobra wil be compatible with my GT. thanks to anybody that can help.

i found 1 on CL but it says for a "96-98 Cobra". i know GT's and Cobras are both 4.6L's, but would you know if the H-pipes are compatible with each other?
