Default SN95 Cobra CAI vacuum line cut?

Was taking a look under the hood and noticed that a line coming from the CAI (underneath) had been cut. I've had the car dyno tuned so if it's for emissions, should I just plug it?

No idea where it would go to as I can't see where it would be able to reach to.

Pics...

80 views and not one reply? Man, MF isn't what it used to be. Luckily, I found what I was looking for.

Do you have any photos of the area in which the line resides, is it the stock CAI?

Does the cut line suck air, if so where is it connected at t'other end?

Give us more to go on and I am sure someone can help...
