Default How to fix the holes in front bumper

Hey guys
I was wondering what I should do to fix the holes in my front bumper, where the license plate is supposed to go and the little notch too? Do you think someone makes a bumper insert to go right in the holes and cover over the notch to make it look cleaner. Like firebirds and corvettes have. I don't really want to buy a new front bumper.

Well, depending on how much time you want to spend on this you could do the following.

Since the holes are probably raised around the edges a bit, take some sand paper and sand the holes level with the surrounding surface. Next take some bumper epoxy (available at most auto parts stores) and use it to fill in the holes. Let it cure, then resand to an even surface. Get an airbrush and airbrush paint to match. Then clear coat it.

if your just filling them and then painting the bumper all you need is a "rubber bumper repair kit" its a 2 part filler like bondo but remains flexible so it won't crack out. any good paint shop should have it. then just sand, prime, paint and clear coat!
