18s or 17s if I'm lowering 1.8 front and 2 rear?
Ok so I'm going to put a new suspension kit in the stang lowing it 2' in the back and 1.8' in the front. Now I'm also buying new tires/rims and that raises a question. Now I don't like huge rims, but I don't like huge tires. Now I'm looking to buy these tires/rims, and with the 17s theres normally a large gap in between the wheels and the car, but if I lower the car another 2 inches will 18s be too big or not?
Im looking at these
These are 17's (the kind of tire/wheel combo I'm looking to buy) with stock suspension... So mine will look like this but 2' lower...
Any input?

17" or 18" won't change the gap. If you keep the stock diameter, you'll have less tire around the 18" - so the outside measurement will remain the same.
Both 17" and 18" look good on these cars. Those black 17" wheels will look good.
