2001 Cobra o2 sensor problems
I have a 2001 mustang cobra. When i purchased it the check engine light was on for an o2 sensor. I took it to firestone and had the bank 2 sensor 2 sensor replaced, which is the one the light was tripped for. It ran amazing for about a week then the check engine light came back on. I took it back to firestone and they ran an engine diagnostic and 3 of the o2 sensors were bad, including the brand new one i had just installed. They replaced them all and once again it ran good for about a week and now its running poorly again and the light is back on. When i took it back they said the light was tripped for catalytic converter problems now. The car just doesn't have power like it should and the throttle response is terrible. If i try to rev match or something it will cut out when i hit the gas almost like its flooding. It has a maganflow exhaust that was on it when i purchased it, I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem or not. But i just want to figure out whats wrong with it so i can get it running strong again.
Thanks,
David

What are the codes being thrown? Most of the O2 sensor related codes are a good sensor reporting a problem. It could be clogged cats.
Also I would suggest bringing it to a real mechanic, best would be one who specializes in Mustangs--not a tire store...
