I bet I could squeeze 250rwhp out of my npi 4.6 in 2 wheel drive form

but 200 rwhp in 4 wheel drive form, gears will make up where it's lacking

I guess im missing your point or smthng. But no one said putting a 4.6 npi would make his torino just flat out haul a$$ my point is the car that he plans on putting it in is similar to the weight of the mn12 cars. So it want be like putting a 4.6 in a pig of a car bc the weight is similar. And as far as a car seeming slow thats really up to the feeling of the owner Even with a blower, gears and bolt ons on my 03 gt I feel that its slow to what it could be but to the next man it may not seem slow.

Couldn't be more true, I'm mid 13's in the Harley and I think I'm really slow, compared to the comp... but my friend has a carbed 350 in a chebby that thinks my trucks pretty quick.

^^^ Ouch

I don't care about this motor at all, Hence the 75 shot it will get with no tune (more than likely will leave the 100 pills in)

Long tubes, catless, C.A.I, ported upper intake, 24lb injectors, and electric fans

might yank the heads off and port them, doubt I can hurt it

I still feel I could get 250hp, and atlest 300 on the button...

Nice comparison though, thanks... it gives me an Idea

No, you're not going to get to 250rwho. Injectors wont do anything, Long tubes wont do much either. Electric fans? You realize 4.6 cars all have electric fans right?

and you want to do all of this for $1g? You're living in a dream world.

I do live in a dream world, its beyond yours!

Did you even read the thread? I have everything I could possibly need to make this come to life, I just needed a frame.
So the choice I had was
A. '54 chevy bel-air, but I really didn't want to brand swap
B. '70 Torino

I know my way around the mod motors, building a 5.4 with 5-550hp to the rear wheels on 53" tires, for my mud truck.

a few goodies

I might not be able to hit 250 N/A but, i can promise I'll hit 350 on the squeeze

I'm not spending a $1 on a NPI 4.6, that would just be dumb, i'd rather use it as a boat anchor, nothings of any use on that motor, at all. It WILL blow up!

And your right about the long tubes and injectors, that would help NONE with some of this stuff

reading comprehension, gets us I know, but the $1,000 is for front gears, tube and welding rods "the build up"

The motors a different story... I've already got it set up to donate a kidney

Thats where my question came from, for this whole post.
*4.6 dohc m112
*460, 8.71

and you answered neither.
