the acrylic is cheap, easy to vacuum form. fiberglass, just more work n prep. I also could have made a mold with Great Stuff (the foam insulation stuff) but eh.

Theretrofitsource.com, ya there probably always be circular, more of a egg shape if you look at em from the side. Because of the optics involved.

Very nice, I wish I had the know how to do that acryllic setting, I just painted the reflector bowl black and called it a day.

Awesome work. I really wish I had the time/patience/money/equipment to attempt this. I'd love to find someone who could do this affordably.
