Gears and Exhaust are the best places to start.

Without knowing what kind of driving you do, we cannot properly assist you

what are your ULTIMATE goals for your car?

if you have an automatic i'd highly suggest a bama tune (sct tuner) probably along with a cold air intake, then throttle body is a nice upgrade, (will greatly improve throttle response) then yeah probably exhaust, and yeah gears are awsome ^

There is a gear/tuner combo (check out american muscle's website) which should be quite useful if it's an auto.

id start with a tune.. that way anywhere you go from there youll see the real benefit from it. gears would be second, then the skys the limit really, exhaust headers, mid pipes, catbacks. inlet, cai's t/b's, and plenums. Underdrive pulleys also do help some too. as already stated it's all about what you want to do with the car.
