Default Powersteering

Well I went to the track on my new et streets last night. I have good news and bad news. First I got my time down to 8.896. The bad news is my car started leaking power steering fluid. I only did it when i went to heat my tires up and held it at high rpms. Its not a steady flow just leaks at high rpms. So I checked under my car this morning and its dry and I was wondering if its some kind of back pressure blowing it out or what. Has anyone else has had this problem before. I need to found out what it is before I **** everyone off at the track with this fluid leaking on the track. Thanks.

I also got my wife to turn the wheels back and fourth and reving the motor up and I coudldnt tell where its coming from. But its red and mainly around my power steering pump. I checked for loose lines and they are all tight. I was told it was from all the backpressure from the high rpms but I just wanted to get some more input on it

There shouldnt be an overflow from the powersteering. Is your car a 5 speed or an auto?

Well... I would definetly get under there and find the leak and not just forget about it. You have a 5 speed so you dont have a tranny dip stick... so I would be espically careful till you find it.
