Default ENGINE IS BLOWN ideas?!?!?!

So I just bought another mustang 2000 for just $2800 a steal . Well on the way home the motor goes POWWWW!!!! and the spark plug shot up and destroyed the coil. So I did the helicoil kit followed by a compression test and the gauge read nothing haha so I need ideas on what to get. my ideas were

1. get a used engine and build the old for the future
2. buy a rebuilt engine
3. buy a 4v engine and do the swap

does anyone know someone selling a 2v engine?

my engine just blew a piston and is getting NOTHING on the compression test in the rear left cylinder, very similar situation? anyways my engine will probably be repaired, and i may just sell it to buy a 4v, idk how it works though, not a mechanic :S you could probably buy my 2v after it is repaired! if you'd be interested that is
