It is a component within the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module), which can be found inside the right front fender just aft of the opening for the intake tube. You need to pull the wheel and fender liner to get at it.

Cliff heres a question for you, ever since i did my 4v swap years ago i have a cel code for "fuel pump relay dlv off" i forget the code, but u cant even clear it woth a tuner or pulling the KAM memory. It causes me no problems bu its always there since the motor swap. I keep the gt ecu and pcm. Any insight on this?
