Codster roadster

This has happened three times to me so far, i'll be driving my car down a road and everything is just fine (oil pressure is good, coolant temp is good, battery is good) and out of no where the car just shuts off, no sputtering, no misfiring, just plain shuts off. this has happened to me once in the daytime and twice at night, all three instances were pretty far apart to. and everytime it shuts off it starts right back up, the third time it shut off i was going around 55 mph i pressed the clutch in and started it right back up and it drove just fine? i have no idea what this could be?
