around 28 - 30 rpm mildly accelerating i get this loud crackiling noise coming out of my exaust and i feel small power lost. acclerating real slow theres nothing. i just put in a new short block and have about 150 miles on it with a good tune. i got rid of my pcv and installed a crankcase evac kit. i'm wondering if the evac kit has something to do with the crackiling. any ideas?

It's not broken in good yet, I would wait out the break in period and see if it's still doing it, you should be driving it easy right now anyway

yea i keep it under 4000 rpm
