yeah, i tried to make it smaller, even asked on the other thread how to make it smaller but no replies yet lol. Well now, I have $3000 max to spend on an engine, the MMR crate engines are short blocks and im going to need the 03 Cobra heads too, im actually looking online trying to find some heads as we speak and everything else should interchange im thinking, but not sure.

my friend has an 03 cobra block in his 97 cobra, he re-used the heads from his 97. he also put in some (used) stage II type blower cams that were a custom grind, so he doesn't know the specs on them. he is running on a basically stock 97 cobra tune right now and the car runs. its not great, but it runs. he's going to get it dyno tuned soon to compensate for the lower compression and the cams. i can ask him for more specifics about what needs to be changed over, but just wanted to let you know that it will work and you should NOT use the 03's ECU

Am not mistaken, I should be able to switch fuel rails over and I take then it should run. But just wanted some feedback
