Default Weird issue, white smoke only when i rev.

I was on the way to work this morning when i noticed a puff of white smoke out of the exhaust after sitting at the light for 2 mins.

Now before i go further i'm "pretty" sure it not coolant so please refrain from that word

Now after work i let the car warm up fully for 30 mins. No smoke at all. Now i have an OBD2 Bluetooth adapter i hook up to my phone so i can see all the car stats live. I noticed my fuel pressure rising and my intake temps rising. Normal fuel is 40psi i never see it go + or - 2psi. It was climbing steadily, now when i rev the engine a little puff of white smoke came out, and as the PSI and temps climb more and more smoke came out.

Now on the way home everything even'd out, fuel was at 40 PSI and intake temps where normal +-90. and NO smoke at all. Once i got home i let it idle for 10 mins and then it started smoking again, i checked the psi and temps and they started climbing again.

Ohhh and ive gone 90 miles and used have a tank. So im inclinded to say the smoke is gas being burned.

whats sensor or part could this be.. sorry for the wall of text.

Thanks for the replays.

So basically dirty injectors can cause the fuel pressure to increase and the car to run rich or over pump fuel. but if the injectors are dirty wouldn't that restrict flow.... If the injectors are bad then wouldn't my problem be constant and not fluctuate as i drive.

Ill take it into a shop in the next few days just wanted a pro opinion before i took it to a shop.

P.S. thanks for the jolly rancher joke made me laugh..

Is that Torque that you're using on your phone?? Love that app!! Which ODB2 adapter are you using??

(Sorry, can't really help with the smoke issue)

Trust a diesel mechanic, You described above fluctuating fuel pressure this is a sign of your filters (they are inside the fuel injectors) being DIRTY not clogged. You will also exhibit white smoke on and off due to dirt coming off of the filter and being burned. Any loss of power issues while driving?

Ya i have noticed loss of power, a few times i felt like i hit a NOS button, so im sure its present. Normally if a sensor was bad or something id be throwing a code...

Injectors will be my 1st stop, ill have them sent off and cleaned, are they relatively fast on cleaning and returning this is my daily driver.

Thanks sailorflavor really appreciate all the help...

@barqsdrinker Ya thats torque, i use everytime i turn on the car. The adapter i use PLX Kiwi Bluetooth Adapter. I also hook my laptop up and run a few programs there, more info then torque.

Well I did my injectors myself so I don't know how long they take. You can call and ask. And no problem that is what we are here for.

Oh and the loss of power/nos button feel is from restricted flow from your injectors...possibly also your fuel filter
