A tranny rebuild would be overkill just to replace the TOB. But if you are having the tranny rebuilt for other reasons, replacing the TOB can be easily done then too.
I am having mine rebuilt soon so I just wanted to make sure I cover all the bases while the trans is dropped thanks!
