Default Where is the Vehicle speed Sensor?

I have a 2002 motor and I am lookin for the VSS, I need to change it and don't know where it is.

I know of the one on the tail of the tranny but where is this one

Same general location, different sensor...

I just noticed that the link you provided was to a sensor for an automatic transmission VSS, are we talking slushbox or 5-sped here?

Ok is there a way to tell if the tranny he has is from a 1998, like a number or the look or something that distinguish it's a 1998 model?
