Exclamation still needing help!!

My car is still running rich. Getting aggervated. Again at idle a/f is 10.7. Way lean. My fuel psi is 32psi. My boost vacuum is 20psi. Before i was at 28psi now im at 32....flooding and fouling plugs. Have not attempted to drive yet. Closest dyno is 5hrs away. Again...my throttle position sensor is reading 5.0 closed. When i open by twisting throttle...it goes down to 0. This is backwards. Haynes manual says. .5-idle- 5.0 WOT. now why am i backwards? I feel this may be richim super rich at idle...super lean on the throttle. Also my temperature guage reads cold. Of course it hasnt ran for to long but i know if i run a wire to the negative..gauge maxes. So either its not warming up, the sending unit is bad orthe fluid isnt flowing right

We went through a lot of this in your other thread:

10.7:1 is rich, not lean;

What does "My boost vacuum is 20 psi" mean?

What does "Before i was at 28psi now im at 32" mean--what was at 28 psi and is now 32 psi?

What size injectors are you running, is the loaded tune setup for those injectors? If not what injector size is it set for?

Is the tune setup for the BA-3000 MAF? If not what MAF is it setup for?

The tune is setup for my 3000ba maf. And my 80lb injectors. Im stating everything ive done until now. Right now my fuel pressure regulator is set at 32pounds. Im flooding the car again. A/f rich at 10.7 idle. Just changed my plugs again. Car flooded...wont start got on here. Now i am finding my tps is reading backwards...why? .5-5.0wot. Right now im 5.0 closed... .5 WOT. backward to the book. This even runs backward in volts unconnected...and i have two. Both do the same.

At which wires are you reading the TPS output voltage? Should be between the gray/white (+ probe) and gray/red (- probe) wires--the values you report would be consistent with reading between the brown/white and gray/white wires.

Does your tuner know that in order to use the BA3000 and 80 lb/injectors he needs to scale the MAF Transfer Function, Standard Air Charge, Air Manifold Volume, Low and High Injector Slopes, and Injector Breakpoint as follows?
  • scale the MAF Transfer Function by 3838.2/7026.2 or 0.5463 (54.63%);

  • scale the Standard Air Charge (stock value is 0.0015531 lbmass of air) by the same amount, 0.0015531 * 0.5463 = 0.0008484 lbmass air;

  • scale the Air Manifold Volume (stock value is 0.3399 ft³), 0.3399 * 0.5463 = 0.1857 ft³;

  • scale the Low Injector Slope (assumes FRPP M-9593-LU80 80/h injectors), 101.46 * 0.5463 = 55.43 lb/h;

  • scale the High Injector Slope, 75.16 * 0.5463 = 41.06 lb/h;

  • scale the Injector Breakpoint (FRPP 80 lb/h value is 24.2100 μlb/crank revolution), 24.2100 * 0.5463 = 13.2259 μlb/rev;

This is due to the EECV PCM's not being able to deal with air flows of more than 1740 kg/h (3830 lb/h)...

Ok. Working the tps as you suggest...it works correctly. I greatly appreciate it. So the tps is right. Now i have two different tunes. T and v. The T tune is what i bave been using...now idles up and down and up and down. Didnt before. Now the V i tried it runs level idle...but its flooding and running a bit rougher it seems alot of vibration and doesnt feel right. Both run rich. I will certainly forward this info to the tuner. So you are thinking its the tune? Anything i can do for now?

I think the bottom line issue is that your tunes are bad, and no one other than your tuner, or another SCT tuner with Advantage or Pro-Advantage can help you out with that.

Contact your tuner and ask him what changes have been made to the tune to support your hardware...

Make sure your tuner is aware of the need to rescale things for the big MAF, many are not...
